Where is the right of the feed listing what is the feed and and how to i upload it. So confused

I have sent bulk request to my webpage holders. They will upload it for me as I uploaded it as a text to the page requesting them to take care of it. My question is where is the Picture image that goes along with the item in the catigories.csv file. Why do I have to load that one at a time with the description why doesnt it come in the file. Also I have tried to copy and paste your picture link url and it said that the link does not exisit it may have been moved; can you please check that link to the pictures on your page and let me know if it is broken. Thanks

There are no pictures in the categories file because it is just a list of our categories and subcategories. The items in the feed all have category and subcategory codes which correspond to the numbers in the categories file. This way, you can organize your online store into categories.
The picture paths should work. For example, the picture path for item BB208 is:
http://cdn.koleimports.com/images/4x3/large/b/b/BB208.jpg
in the feed, and it goes to the picture on the web.
