Hi there, I have just opened an account with you guys and looking to upload to Amazon. Can you let me know how the XML feed integrates with Amazon - am I right in saying with this I do not need to keep updating new feeds with updated stock levels and pricing? am I right in saying it is all automated. Can you let me know how I integrate into Amazon. Thanks

Some people are selling our items on Amazon, but they have customized our feed to fit Amazon's upload format. You will need to have your programmer take our product feed and customize it to fit Amazon's upload format.

You can check with Amazon to see what they need in their feeds:

OK thanks Brian. Couple of other things:

    1) How do I integrate the shipping costs per item into my amazon feed?
    2) When it says "24" in Tier pack 1 column, does that mean the customer will receive 24 of those items? and therefore in Tier price 1 column, does the figure mean the total the customer will pay for those 24 items or the price for 1 item?

To do actual shipping costs, you'll have to give Amazon the product size and weight so they will be able to use FedEx or UPS's shipping calculator to determine the actual shipping cost.

24 in the Tier Pack 1 column means that the customer will get 24 pieces of the item. The price is the total price for the Tier Pack quantity of the item. So if the Tier Pack Quantity is 24, and the Tier Pack Price is $24, they will get 24 pieces of the item, and their cost per item will be $1.

Yes. They can calculate shipping costs based on UPS's API if you know the size and weight of the items.
