Adding and updating account information

If you click on the account tab (from your dashboard), you'll see a summary of account related information.

Account Summary

The account summary contains information about your business.

We require that you provide us with your business address, federal tax id, and phone number.

This information is required before placing an order for the following reasons.

  • To contact you in case there is a problem with a recently placed order.
  • A "from" address is required for the shipping label that goes on the package to your customer.

Updating Account Information

To update your account information click on the link that says "Edit Account Information" or go to

Upon registration, you are required to provide us with your address and phone number.

You are required to pay sales tax for orders that ship to a California Address unless you provide us with a Federal Tax ID or EIN Number.
