How To Submit An RMA Request

RMA Requests- Kole Imports Dropship Program

Kole Imports Dropship Program makes it very easy to submit an RMA request through our online portal. All return, refund, reship and exchange requests can be accommodated through this system. Instructions are below:

  1. Log into website.

  2. From the main Dashboard, click the “Orders” tab.

  3. From the list of your orders, locate the order you would like to return. Click the green arrows icon on the right side under “Issue RMA.” This takes you to the Create New RMA page. This page includes a summary about your order including: item ordered, quantity, ship to location & payment information.

  4. Fill in the RMA form.
    a. You must indicate whether you want a return, replacement, or other. Any information you can fill in within the comments field will be helpful.

    b. Choose a reason for the return from the dropdown list. Include any additional comments you think will help with the return.

    c. Choose the location of the merchandise, whether it is at your address or your customer’s address.

    d. Enter an email address, which we will use for notifications about the return.

    e. Select the quantity of items you want to return. It is possible to return part of the order and keep the rest.

    *Please note that once an RMA request is submitted, it cannot be edited.

    ** Returns are accepted up to 21 days from the day the order was shipped. Here are our complete return guidelines:

  5. After filling in the RMA form, click the “Create RMA” button. This will take you to the confirmation page. When you see the confirmation page, the RMA request has been submitted. All RMA requests are processed between 1-3 days.

If a refund request has been approved, the credit will be applied to your account at the time of approval.

If a return RMA has been approved, you will receive an RMA number via email that will allow you to return the merchandise. Once the merchandise is returned, we will issue a full refund.

To check the status of your pending RMA on the website, log in and click the “Returns” tab. You will see a list of all your returns and the status of each one.
